As the new Editorial Board of the re-branded Behavioural Science and Public Health Network's (BSPHN) publication, it is our great pleasure to let readers know about our plans for a transformation that we are planning that will take the Network from a bi-annual newsletter (as was) to a higher profile members' publication, with innovative research, opinion pieces, reports and debates.
We are aiming to become a focal point for discussion around greater integration of, and influence between, public health professionals and individuals undertaking empirical research in the behavioural sciences. We seek to publish quality papers that detail leading applied research and examples of best practice, currently being developed through effective collaboration at all levels of the two disciplines, in the U.K. and overseas.
Your network needs you: Be part of the transformation!
We will rely on contributions from our membership and collaborators. We want to hear from you, regardless of whether you’re an established author or first time writer. In return, we offer you the opportunity to disseminate your work to a range of professionals and academics, allowing you to broaden your impact and potentially open up opportunities for collaboration.
If you would like to submit an article, report, opinion piece or event/book review then please contact us at email@example.com. Please take the opportunity to review our revised author guidelines and share them as widely as possible within your networks. Equally, if you have ideas for the Network’s new publication, then we’d very much welcome those too!
We look forward to hearing from you and to working with the BSPHN committee to deliver opportunities and benefits to our members. We hope you enjoy the range of articles selected for you in this Special 2018 conference edition.
