Survey on Behavioural Sciences in Public Health

Dear Members,

Please find attached information about a survey that explores the activities and training needs of behavioural science practitioners embedded within local authorities. This is research being carried out by BSPHN Chair Dr Michelle Constable and Dr Paul Chadwick, BSPHN Treasurer and Deputy Director of the UCL Centre for Behaviour Change.

We hope that you will consider taking part. Gaining an understanding of the range of activities undertaken by individuals with a behavioural science role within local authorities is critical to understanding training and development need, and promoting the uptake and spread of this important discipline.

The survey will remain open until the 16th July. You are under no obligation to take part. The study has been approved by the UCL Research Ethics Committee. Access the survey on the UCL website.

Many thanks.

Dr Michelle Constable and Dr Paul Chadwick
