Behavioural Science Community in Wales Conference 2025
On Wednesday, 12th November, over 150 colleagues from across Wales joined us at Glamorgan Cricket Club for the Behavioural Science Conference 2025.
We were delighted to welcome Professor Isabel Oliver, Chief Medical Officer for Wales, to deliver the opening keynote and officially launch the Behavioural Science unit’s Enabling Plan for better health of the population in Wales, before Professor Robert West (UCL) provided an exclusive preview of the forthcoming ‘Behaviour Change Wheel 2.0’.
The event also included: an overview of the new multi-level behavioural science capability building programme; time for open space discussions between stakeholders; a variety of oral presentations illustrating behavioural science application across public health policy, practice and research, a series of interactive workshops; and an expert panel Q&A session.
